Everyone has their own interpretation of what the verses mean...this is my understanding of them

Matthew 25:43

I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.

Someone asked in an earlier post to explain Matthew Chapter 25.

The best way I can sum it up without going into each verse is it's telling you to follow Gods instructions and live the life he expects of you.

He has given you treasures here, whether it's knowledge, wealth, power, etc.. for you to use for His purpose. To those who use it well, He will entrust greater things to you.

Live for God, not yourself.

1 Corinthians 3:16

Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

Let this verse come to mind before you make hard decisions. Thank God for His willingness to see you through the tough times by putting His Spirit within you. You don't have to face life alone. God is always with you.

Genesis 2:7

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

It's always good to remind yourself that God gave you life and sustains your life. Before you say "I did this" or "I made that" remember that you are but dust. Thank God for every breath and every heartbeat.

We need all the support we can get. Discuss your faults with others and listen to theirs. Pray to God for mercy and willpower for your brothers and sisters, along with yourself.

Jeremiah 31:25

For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.
