Psalm 25:18

We find ourselves begging God to forgive us of our sins when things are not going well in our lives. We need to remember the need to have a repentent heart at all times.

1 Peter 2:2

As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:

Desire the milk, but stirve to get to the meat of the word.

Ezekiel 34:16

I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment.

Jesus claimed he was sent to fulfill part of this prophecy. (Luke 4:18)

For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?

Don't let the need for earthly possessions overshadow the need for God in your life.

2 Samuel 22:47

Today, we battle with the worlds complications and need to praise God for being there for us.

1 Thessalonians 4:8
