Malachi 3:10

Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

If you bring your offerings to God He will bless you. He doesn't want just your money but your time and obidience, love and mercy, along with the sacrifices you make in this life to please Him.

Luke 2:49

And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father's business?

1 Thessalonians 4:8

He therefore that despiseth, despiseth not man, but God, who hath also given unto us his holy Spirit.

It's hard to keep our feelings in check when someone has taken advantage of us in one way or the other but if we can remember what is at stake and let God handle the punishment, justice will prevail.
