How do you ask God for what you need? Make sure you ask for the right reasons.

Isaiah 43:7

Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.

For His glory were you created. Decide to live your life with that in mind.

Hebrews 13:5

Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

When your troubles start to overcome you, remain strong. You have God's promise to never leave or forsake you.

Proverbs 20:9

Who can say, I have made my heart clean, I am pure from my sin?

None of us can lay claim to this but we should all strive for that goal.

Matthew 19:21

Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.
