Luke 6:46

Jesus has a very valid point here. We need to start doing the things he said to do!

1 Kings 8:58

That he may incline our hearts unto him, to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and his statutes, and his judgments, which he commanded our fathers.

We still have guidelines to follow and we'll be judged accordingly. Learn to do what our God has commanded us to do.

Lamentations 3:41

Let us lift up our heart with our hands unto God in the heavens.

Offer your heart to God and let Him reign supreme in your life.

2 Corinthians 9:7

Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

If you have to consider whether to give, you may as well keep you wallet in your pocket or purse. You've already shown God disrespect. Thank God for His blessings in your life and share those blessings as He lays it on your heart.

Proverbs 3:27

Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.

We should not have to think twice to help those who need it especially when we can provide quench their need. Thank God that you are able to help!

1 Timothy 4:16

Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

Live with and by God's word. Teach His doctrine to others.

Psalm 51:10

Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
