1 John 3:22

And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.

Why would God give us whatever we ask? Because we keep His commandments.

Job 19:25

For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:

Trust in God always and obey His instructions and stand with your redeemer in the latter days.

2 Peter 3:9

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

God wants all of us to repent and turn from our sins and has given us time to do so. But, there are no guaranties of tomorrow. So, now would be a great time to consider your ways.

Proverbs 20:22

Say not thou, I will recompense evil; but wait on the LORD, and he shall save thee.

Wait for God to do His will.

And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
