So much is done in the name of vengence. Most of it is not done for wrongs to ourselves, but for wrongs done by others who do not have the means to avenge. Who are we to choose what actions require avenging? We must strive for peace amongst ourselves and within ourselves. Unfortunately, because of our fallen status, this is much easier said than done.
