James 5:16

Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

It's not easy to confess your faults to others but it is essential. Pray continually giving thanks to GOD for the people you can turn to when you need them.
